Northern France…the land of cream & butter.  With one of longest histories of dairy farming and cheese making, dating back to the 10th century, Normandy leads France in cheese production. This month, we'll be zeroing in on the delicious cheeses from the Northern regions of France, including Normandy.  And since they don’t really grow grapes in this part of France (mostly apples for which are used to make delicious apple sparkling cider), we’ll be serving a red wine from Burgundy to pair along with these fine cheeses. We hope you can join us as we usher in the holiday season!
