C'est Chocolate, Wine, & MoreSince man cannot live on cheese alone... While cheese is definitely one of our favorite foods, we also feel that it's important to offer a variety of other tasty goodies to go along with it. For starters, we offer a wide assortment of cheese friendly foods that are sure to send your next cheese board out of this stratosphere, such as olives, salamis, dried fruits and nuts, crackers, flatbreads, you name it! In addition, we also stock tons of items that maybe aren't quite so cheese-centric, but that we're excited about nonetheless. How do we choose? Truth be told, we let our stomachs guide us! Granted, it's not all that scientific, but if we come across a product that stands head and shoulders above what else is out there, and that we're excited to use in our own kitchen, then we figure it's safe to assume others might be excited about it too. Looking for perfect pantry items like Fleur de Sel, a 20 year old bottle of Balsamic Vinegar, or a unique hazelnut oil from France? We've got it. We also stock some of our favorite snacking items such as Anjou Bakery Fruit & Nut Crostini and Santa Barbara Pistachios. Or perhaps you are the decadent kind...then perhaps we can entice you with delectable gourmet truffles from l'Artisan du Chocolat or some decadent Truffle Mousse? And for the proverbial cherry on the pie, what better way to wash everything down than with some good wine! We have a selection of wines from all over the world that we have carefully selected to pair superbly with cheese. Ranging from $8/bottle to $40/bottle, we rely on quality, compatibility, and taste when selecting the wines for our store. So stop in and see for yourself, we are always here to help with tips on how to use rare items or to help you pair cheese and wine for your next dinner party. And don't forget, food always makes a greate gift! Need we "c'est" more? |
