Naturally, as our name implies, we are first and foremost about cheese. We currently carry about 120 different types of cheese sourced from all over the world. It’s a tough job tasting them all, but we've never shied away from a challenge! We cut each one fresh to order, ensuring you get the most delicious cheeses in town.
In addition to cheese, we also stock a large array of cured meats. From Spanish Jamon Iberico, to Mole Salame from Salumi Artisan Cured Meats in Seattle, to our own house-cured Pancetta, we are continually searching for outstanding cured meats that are made by small, sustainably minded makers. And, of course, all these meats and cheeses wouldn't be complete without great wine! Sourced from premier wine importers such as Kermit Lynch, as well as from the wonderful wine country surrounding us, we have a thoughtful selection that is both food friendly and approachable.
The other nooks and crannies of our shop are filled with the most delicious foods we can find. Whether it's a local jam, a truffle pate from Italy, or a buttery caramel from Montana (they are ridiculously good, by the way), if it's scrumptious, we stock it! And don't forget all our house made yummies, such as our incredible roast beef made from American Kobe beef, or marinated olive assortment. Everything is ready for you to take home and enjoy.
