June Class - Cheese & Cider

That's right,'s the new thing, didn't you know?!  And it also happens to pair wonderfully with cheese. In fact, the cheeses of Normandy & Brittany in Northern France were always paired with cider since the climate was too cold for grapes but happens to be perfect for apples.  And Ciders are making a resurgence here in the US with some excellent craft ciders now being produced.  We'll be tasting through 6 cheeses, paired with 3 ciders.
