Salade & Fromage

On Tuesday, March 24th, C'est Cheese is teaming up with local culinairan Pascale Beale, author of the amazing new cookbook "Salade", for an evening devoted to composed salads that incorporate fine artisan cheeses.  In addition to being scrumptious, we'll also be delving into various topics such as how to combine & contrast various flavors and helpful tricks and techniques for guaranteeing a delicious salad course.   During the class we'll be making 3 different salads from Pascale's book, each of which will highlight a cheese (of course) + we'll be pairing each with a different wine.  Hope you can join us!
