April Class - Truffle Cheeses

Ahh, the allure of the illusive truffle.  This funghi is beloved by many the world over for it's distinct aroma & flavor.  And it just so happens that adding it to cheese is a great way to preserve it over time.  We'll be tasting through five different truffle cheeses, from a Dutch Gouda to a California goat's milk cheeses and all of them highlight both the intoxicating flavor of the truffle while balancing it with their own unique flavor.  If you're a truffle lover, this is the class for you!  We'll be pairing the cheeses with a Northern Italian red wine. Need we say more?
