Join us as we explore the cheeses of the Alps. Arguably home to some of the best cheeses in the world, the Alpine region is known for its excellent dairy for a reason! We'll be visiting a few countries in this class and comparing the different tastes and styles that the Alps has to offer. We'll be pairing the cheeses with a Pinot Noir for a cozy evening on a cold winter's night (at least we hope it'll be cold!).
There will be 3 seatings, 2 on Sunday evening 2/8 & 1 on Monday evening 2/9.
